A: All warranty claims are handled by the MFG of the product.

Q: Do you ship to APO address's or PO box's?
A: We do not currently ship to APO address's or PO box's.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Sorry but we only ship to the USA

Q: After I place a order, how does it take to ship?
A: We usually ship your item within 3 to 4 days excluding weekends.

Q: Is you site secure
A: Yes, our website use's the highest encryption available.

Q: How can I tell my order has shipped?
A: When the item is shipped you will receive a notice by email.

Q: What type of shipping do you use?
A: We use standard Usps, USP or Priority Mail.

Q: How long will it take me to receive my order?
A: Usually you will have your item within 4 to 10 days, ( Excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the speed of the US Postal service.

Q: What do I do if I receive the wrong product, or the item isn't sealed?

We will have you send the original item back to us for a refund, plus we will reimburse you for the return shipping once the item is received.

Q: What if I need a product that isn't listed in your store.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: We are required to charge sales tax to anyone who lives in Texas (6.25%). No other states will be charged sales tax

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Paypal has a policy that will not allow us to accept payments for firearm products. If you would like to buy non-firearm related products, send us a email with all your shipping info and the product's SKU you want and will be happy to send you a PayPal payment request, for the items price plus shipping.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Please contact us for a RMA#. Returns must be in unused, new condition in the original unopened manufacturers packaging. The product must be in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective. Returns must be received by our warehouse within 20 days of receipt.
